Projects

Three pieces of project work, plus writing I did on my own. The status of each one is part of the description.

2026

Internship

FinOps chargeback accelerator

PMO internship in Delivery Excellence at Celebal Technologies. I worked on productising a chargeback accelerator for Azure Databricks: a configurable codebase with client-specific inputs, Unity Catalog pipelines, a four-rule cost-attribution engine, and Genie dashboards. I benchmarked 10 FinOps platforms, validated 16 of 16 user-acceptance scenarios on more than 1.3 million billing rows, and modelled five commercial scenarios for the first year. Those checks describe the build. They are not a revenue or margin result.

Conceptual Shape of the accelerator
  1. Billing data

    Client-specific inputs

  2. Unity Catalog pipelines

    How the rows are prepared

  3. Four-rule attribution

    The cost-allocation engine

  4. Genie dashboards

    The view of the result

A conceptual map of the build. Not a screenshot of the system.

2026

Live project

Store and workforce readiness

An eight-week live project with Vijay Sales. I proposed a go-to-market approach covering omnichannel retail, quick commerce, and a more experiential store. It is a recommendation and a model for the project.

2025

Training project

Equity research and private-equity caselets

A nine-week finance training and live project with Fincrux Technologies (Finlatics). Equity research, portfolio analysis, and private-equity caselets: founder profiling, customer acquisition cost and lifetime value, fund setup, and exits. Training work, not a role at a private-equity firm.

Writing

Work I initiated. Neither piece is a client engagement, and neither is linked here as a file.

  1. Oct–Nov 2026

    India Industry Deep-Dive Playbook

A 73-page synthesis I wrote from 19 industry breakdowns I was given. Consulting preparation, and editorial work.

  2. 2026

    The Anatomy of Investment Risk

A 12-slide carousel and an article, Risk Is Not a Single Number, drawing on Richard Horwitz, Hedge Fund Risk Fundamentals (2004). Railway interlocking and redundancy have been a way into that reading. Study, not a financial-risk job.
